State Sales Tax is applied to orders shipped within the State of
Iowa, USA
at the rate of 7%. For orders shipped outside the State of Iowa USA,
Sales Tax is not applied.

Order Delivery:
Your order is shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouse via
Fed Ex within seven business days of your order within the 48 States of the USA.
In cases where the availability is set to "Contact us for Availability", this is a result that the merchandise is currently low or out of stock; or, that it is a new item that is available for pre-ordering and your credit card is not charged until the order is shipped. We will contact the supplier and verify the stock level and return an email to you with the details of whether the item is on backorder or is available for shipping. We update much of the merchandise available stock levels everyother day.
Warranty Information:
All of our products are backed by the manufacturer and their warranty information is provided with your order along with their service address. In the event that you receive a defective product, A Sports Mailbox Shop will assist
you in the process of receiving a replacement from the manufacturer if necessary.
Orders damaged due to shipping may be addressed by contacting Fed Ex and they will provide all of the requirements upon notice to remedy the situation. Once again, we will provide assistance if necessary by emailing Melissa at mkruse@amailboxsportsshop.com
Merchandise Returns:
In the event that you are not satisfied with your order,
you may return the merchandise within 7 days of receiving for any
reason. Returns
may be executed by emailing Melissa at mkruse@amailboxsportsshop.com
and she will respond with easy to follow instructions on how to complete
the return. All returns are
required to have all of the original materials and be in salable
condition. Upon receiving confirmation
from our supplier that they have received your returned merchandise, we
will refund the original amount of your
purchase including any shipping and handling charge. The shipping cost of returned merchandise will be your
responsibility.
Credit Card Processing:
All credit cards are processed via Yahoo's Paymentech Services which is the secure eCommerce Merchant Account
for Yahoo Shopping. All orders are subject to Address Verification (AVS) and Signature Verification (CV). If the information provided during checkout does not match what the issuing bank has on record, we will contact you either via email or telephone to verify these orders. This is for your protection against unauthorized charges. Your credit card is not charged until the item is shipped. Upon verification from our suppliers that the order has been fulfilled, the account provided will be then charged. Your credit card statement will reflect your charge to "HMB Partners - Waucoma" which, A Sports Mailbox Shop, is owned and operated.
